Iš manęs atėmė šeimą
Man yra 23 metai. Turiu mamą, tėtį, du brolius ir dvi seseris. Mama ir tėtis kartu jau ilgus 35-erius metus. Jie yra mano šeima.
Tačiau nuo vakar aš nebeturiu šeimos — kaip šlapiu skuduru per veidą trenkė priimtas šeimos koncepcijos įstatymas. Ją atėmė mano gimtoji Lietuva. Mano tėvai per tuos ilgus bendro gyvenimo metus taip ir nesusituokė. Tiesiog nematė tikslo: „Jo jo… Štampas pase, sūnau, iškart meilės ir pinigų prižers. Nejuokauk. Mums ir taip labai gerai“, — puikiai menu šiuos žodžius išgirstus dar vaikystėj. O pasirodo dabar „štampas pase“ tikrai pinigų pribers.
Vienintelis klausimas man kilęs vakar — Ar Lietuvos politikai tik apsimeta idiotais, ar iš tiesų tokie yra? Ką jie veikia Seime, jei nėra skaitę tokių „daiktų“ kaip Visuotinė žmogaus teisių deklaracija, Vaiko teisių konvencija, LR Konstitucija, Europos žmogaus teisių ir pagrindiinių laisvių konvencija ar kitų antidiskriminacinių įstatymų.
Gal kas turi noro paskaičiuoti keliolikai vien šių dokumentų įstatymų koncepcija prieštarauja? Juk visiems žinoma, kad mes juos esame ratifikvę.
Bet ką jau čia? Siūlau tada papildyti koncepciją tokiais punktais:
- Priverstinai sutuokti kartu ilgiau nei 2 metus gyvenančius vyrą ir moterį bei tuos, kurie jau susilaukė palikuonių ne santuokoje
- Besituokiantiems apmokėti vestuvių išlaidas ir dar sumokėti premiją už patį faktą
- Ne santuokoje gimusius palikuonis konstitucijoje apibrėžti sąvoka „Benkartas“
- Vienišas motinas ir tėvus bei išsiskyrusius priverstinai konsultuoti santuokos klausimais
- Uždrausti skyrybas, nebent besiskiriantys jau turi kitus potencialius sutuoktinius
- Kiekviena sutuoktinių pora privalo per 6 metus susilaukti mažiausiai 3 vaikų, atsižvelgiant į demografinę padėtį šalyje
- …
Galiu tęsti, bet neverta.
Tik tikiuosi, kad greitai sukilsime į kovą už šeimą. Už tuos, kurie jaučiasi ir yra šeima.
Įrodykit, kad aš neturiu šeimos. Kad jie jos neturi:
tai yra labai didelis pralaimejimas.. vakar buvau diskusijoj su ju atstovais.. ka tu jie vel atvirai melavo, kad konstitucijos si koncepcija nepazeidzia. beje teises komitete, kuris sprende ar koncpecija nepazeidzia konstitucijos sedi ties patys zmones, kurie ir stumia siuos teises aktus.
Aš pirmą kart (galbūt) gyvenime palaikau Seimo narių sprendimą.
Na musu seniesiems seimunams fantazijos netruksta…Tikriausiai Hari Poteri daznai skaito… Gal kas ziurit BBC ar kazka panasaus? Gal pasulis jau zino apie toki ju nutarima?
Ir,kai priimami tokie nutarimai,kyla klausimas…AR MUMS REIKIA SEIMO?
Visom keturiom palaikau Seimo sprendimą, pagarba jam. Pagaliau įteisinta, jog mūsų visuomenėje privilegijų turi ir normalios šeimos, ne tik asocialūs pinigus iš biudžeto siurbiantys lochai. Akivaizdu, jog stiprios šeimos padeda klestėti valstybei, normalu, kad valstybė nori ir gali jas remti. O tavo tėvams reikėjo susituokti– kame čia problema. Bijojo įsipareigoti?
"Mano tėvai per tuos ilgus bendro gyvenimo metus taip ir nesusituokė." - tavo tėvai yra sugyventiniai.
Tiems, kurie nemato problemos susitokti - tai yra dviejų žmonių sprendimas, ne valstybės. Kodėl ji turi nuspręsti, ir iš anksto bausti nesusituokusių tėvų vaikus? Grįžtam į paskenduolių laikus?
idiotiškas sprendimas… kas taip sugalvoja? tegul pasitaria su specialistais, žmonėmis, išmanančiais apie šeimos politiką ir t.t. po šimts. beburnoju. tiesiog buki sprendimai varo į šiokią tokią neviltį.
Mano tėvai išsiskyrę, tai aš dabar esu prastesnė už tuos, kurių tėvai susituokę? Manot aš būčiau geresnė, jei augdama matyčiau tėvus besibarančius? Aš tai taip nemanau.
Deklaratyvumas lietuviškoj politikoj dažnai yra pirmoj vietoj. Tai "Nesisiok į jūrą", ar "Balandis - švaros mėnuo" ir t.t. ir pan. Bet tuo metu, kai šneka prasideda apie realią pagalbą ir finansus (o be jų visos tos koncepcijos yra nulis) ir jų skyrimą, lietuvis lietuviui tampa vilkas. Na, mažų mažiausiai kormoranas. :D
Manau, kad mūsų šalyje labai ilgą laiką tradicinė santuokinė šeima buvo lyg užmiršta podukra. Ant šakių į dangų buvo keliami visi kiti, bet tik ne šeima. Šeimą kurti, puoselėti, išsaugoti - tai ne du pirštus apsisiot, kaip mano daugelis. Tradicinei šeimai labai trūko elementaraus palaikymo. Ne tik iš valdžios. Apskritai. Šeima yra šeima, ir šeima yra vaikas/ai, mama ir tėtis. Nėra čia kažkokios diskriminacijos ir pan., ir prie ko čia paskenduolių laikai? Nusišnekėjimas totalus. Dar kiti apeliuoja į pinigus, paramą ir t.t. O ką, kiti nuskriausti? Baikit. Vadinkim daiktus savais vardais, nes baigiam pamiršti tikrasias žmonijos vertybes. Lendam į subines be muilo užsienio laisvėms, bandom kopijuoti kaip primatai jų stilių. Bet mes esam konservatyvi ir maža tauta, prieš iškrypusiu mąstymu ir daugybe blogybių persmelktą užsienį. Pernelyg jis sudievintas, paskelbtas etalonu. Turim išsaugoti nors kažką savo, savas vertybes. Nejau negaila naikinti? Be to yra daugybe šalių, kurioms santuokinė šeima yra didžiulė vertybė. Kodėl nenorim į juos pasižiūrėti? Jie saugo tai ką turi, o mes ką? Blogesni?
Kazin ar bent karta seime bus priimtas bent vienas protingas sprendimas. tai ar as kalta, kad tevai issiskyre? del to as dabar savo mamos ir seses negaliu vadint seima? tai kas mes dabar? individu banda gyvenanti po vienu stogu? geda seimunams, geda.
Tai kas uždraudė vadinti?? Kažkokius vėjus rašot. Vadinti galima ką nori ir kaip nori, bet įstatymuose įvardinti tai kažkaip reikia? Vieniša motina su vaiku - šeima. Bet ji vistiek vieniša motina ir jai taikomos soc. garantijos. Išsiskyrę. Jie taip pat šeima, bet alimentai ir t.t. jiems taikomi kaip išsiskyrusiems. Ir t.t., ir pan.
Subjektyvioji mergaite, čia ir yra "kampas", kad dabar šeima tik susituokę. Tą suvoki??? Tik vedę ir vaiką auginantys įstatymiškai reglamentuoti kaip šeima. Tai kam tik tokią šeimą išskirti reikėjo?
Nusikalbi, panele. Tikiuosi Tau teks skyrybas išgyventi ir pasijausti atmata, kaip kad dabar jaučiasi daug ir jausis dar daugiau nekaltų vaikų. Mėgaukitės jų skausmu.

O kodėl žmogus jaučiasi "atmata"? Nesąmonė. Žinau ne vieną, kuriam dzin kaip jis gyvena, bet save vadina šeima. Ir nė velnio jie blogiau nesijaučia, nereikia čia pūsti pompos iš to. Ar homoseksualas bus kitoks, jei jį vadins kiti gėjum, homiku ar pediku? Jis vistiek liks homoseksualiu. O kad patys sau etiketes klijuoja, jaučiasi prastai, atmatomis, tai lai keičia savo gyvenimą, ieško prasmės kitur, įprasmina save veikloje. Čia amžiais visi nepatenkinti ir susisukę, ir vis kažkas netaip.
Tai tada davai žinai ką darom? Ogi visas subjektyvias merginas imkim vadinti išmatomis. Juk koks skirtumas? Tai tas pats, kas subjektyvumas. Sinonimai tiesiog.
Bet grįžkim prie svarbesnio dalyko. Man dzin, kuo mane laikytų valstybė, jei mano tėvai būtų nesusituokę. Bet kaip dabar paaiškintum tą mažam kūdikiui, kuris nekaltas dėl idiotiškų sprendimų? Kaip jam paaiškintum, kad "duonytė skanesnė skirta tik su antspauduotais pasais žmonėm, pas tuos, kurie turi tikrą tėvelį. Tu jo neturi, tai Tau negalima."
Tu ištekėjusi ir gausi tuoj už tai finansinę naudą greit? Tavo tėvai neišsiskyrę? O gal šiaip bijai būti "ne tokia kaip visi". Gal dievulis Tau duoną iš dangaus numeta kas savaitgalį per mišias?
Skirk asmeninį suaugusio požiūrį ir mažą vaiką. Man dzin, kas aš valstybei, nes valstybė man yra fekalijų duobė. Vaikui yra svarbu būti tokiu, kaip visi. O jis/ji jau nebėra ir nebebus. Jis/ji bus "kitoks", "negeras", "neteisingas" ir t.t., ir pan.
Nuo 15 metų jaunimas pradeda mąstyti savarankiškai. Ir nebebijo reikšti savo nuomonės. Tau dar reikia bręsti. Rožiniam pasauly užaugai, panele.

Įsikalk į galvą, gražuoli/e, kad VISOS nuomonės yra subjektyvios ir nei vienos objektyvios, nes kiekvienas žmogus turi savo ir tik savo nuomonę. O jei ji tau, jam, jai nepatinka, tai belieka mėtytis išmatomis :) Pats geriausias argumentas :)))

Ir dar keista, kad pagrindiniai dalykai, dėl ko nepatinka sugyventiniams neįteisinimas jų kaip šeimos, finansiniai dalykai. Ne dvasiniai, ne kitokie, o būtent finansiniai. Duonytės ir kt. dalykėliai. Kas pasakys, nuo kada sugyventiniai yra šeima? O gal vienas galvoja, kad jie yra šeima, o kitas apie tai net nesusimastė. Viskas reliatyvu, bet fakto jokio. Nuo pirmadienio ar nuo praėjusio pavasario jie šeima? Santuoka yra faktas ir ji aiškiai apibrėžia, nuo kada du skirtingi žmonės tapo šeima. Ir nuo tada prasideda tik sutuoktiniams galiojantys teisiniai momentai.

Žmonės, kurie gyvena kartu, žino jie šeima ar ne. Irgi subjektyvu, tiesa? Tad kam stigmatizuoti? Prieštarauji pati sau :)
O aš - gražuolis(-ė) {ačiū už komplimentą} - reiškiu ne tik savo nuomonę, o tą, kuri yra grįsta įstatymais. Mano nuomonė reglamentuota antidiskrimanicianiais įstatymais ;)
Aš neprieštarauji pati sau. Aiškiai parašiau ir suprantamai, kad patys žmonės, nesvarbu kas jie esą, save gali vadinti kaip nori. Bet statusas nuo to nepasikeis, kas priklauso pagal įstatymiškus dalykus. Ir tai yra teisinga, nes ir taip per visokias laisves įsigali anarchija. Ir normalūs dalykai tampa mažumomis. Visi reikalauja savo teisių, tik nieko nenori girdėti apie kitų teises. O ypač apie teisę vadinti daiktus savais vardais.
Paskutinį kartą bandau paaiškinti savo poziciją.
"Dauguma" nėra argumentas. Vietoj "dauguma" turi būti "visi".
Vadinti gali bet kaip. Dalinai pritariu. Jei tas "bet kaip" nėra įžeidimas. TAČIAU. Kai tai perkeliama į įstatymus ir suteikiama ideali terpė diskriminacijai ir žeminimui kai kurioms visuomenės grupėms, tai kur čia "objektyvumas"? Kur "kitų teisės", kurias pati taip gini?
Akivaizdžiai painiojiesi. Bet tiek to. Turi daug gražaus laiko susivokti.

O kas "juos" žemina, diskriminuoja ir t.t.? Ar tik ne jie patys su savo nusiskriaudusia politika? Patys save muša, patys rėkia. Šiuolaikinė karta - tai ne mūsų prosenelių puoselėjamos tradicijos ir diskriminacija. Dabar viskas kitaip, tik kažkodėl norima pateikti, kad vis dar gyvename senoviniuose laikuose ir vis dar žeminamos vienišos motinos, jų vaikai vadinami benkartais, o išsiskyrusioms iš viso lieka vienas kelias - nelįsti į akis. Bet juokinga apie tai net kalbėti. V.ž. pučiami burbulai ten, kur nėra ką pūsti.
Žinai kiek daug per tą kvailą koncepciją šeimų taps "nepilnomis šeimomis" ar net ne šeimomis? Žinai, kad apie trečdalis Lietuvos šeimų lieka tokiomis? Manau, kad to nežinai. Šiaip jau tu pati, kartais žiūriu, pjauni grybą kalbėdama apie šią koncepciją. Dauguma mano klasiokų gyvena su išsiskyrusiais tėvais ir tai kai kurie iš jų apie tai atvirai nekalba, nes, matai, "pilnų šeimų" vaikai kartais nesupranta, kad gyventi išsiskyrusioje šeimoje yra taip pat gerai, kaip ir toje pilnoje. O dar, kaip galima būtų vadinti vaikus kurie gyvena vaikų namuose? Kurie auga su močiutėmis, nes jų tėvai mirę? Juk jie save gali vadinti kaip tik nori, na o jie save vadina ŠEIMA, tačiau juk tai prieštarauja koncepcijai, kvaili dėdės sako, kad jie nešeima, jie tiesiog vaikai atsiradę iš sugyvenusių tėvų…
as tai nelabai suvokiu, kokiu budu atsiranda palaikanciu si sprendima? negi jums taip lengva isplauti smegenis?.. tai jeigu seimas graziai
pateiks vaiku pornografija (come on… zmogaus kunas juk grazu. o kuo nusikalto augantis kunas? dar zaviau!), tai nurengsit savo sunus ir liepsit jiems pries kamera su savo mazuoju biciuliu zaist?
mano tetis mire, kai as buvau dar visai maza. tai as seima turejau maziau nei du metus, nes mama nusprende, kad tetis jai per daug brangus ir nerado naujo vyriskio. ot idiote, ka? pasmerke mane seimos neturejimui.
dar karta. man tikrai nuosirdziai labai sunku suvokti, kaip jus galit nesuprasti, kad tokiu budu yra plaunami pinigai arba tiesiog parodoma, kad seimas `kazka` veikia. si bei ta veikia…
Toks klausimas: ar 13-metė mergaitė nesusituokusi su 15-mečiu berniuku, bet vaikšto kartu susikibę rankomis yra šeima? Jeigu ne, tai kodėl?
Kodėl šeima turėtų vadintis nesusituokusį 50-mečių pora, kurie kartu gyvena jau 30 metų? Kuo jie kitokie, nei tie paaugliai?
Ir dar. Koks skirtumas ar įstatymuose jūs šeima - ar ne? Gyvenkite taip, kaip jums patinka! Bet yra vienas "bet". Tai PINIGAI! Būtent pinigai (pašalpos, premijos, parama) yra lemiamas dalykas šitame kontekste! Nes šeima gaus vienokias sumas, o pora su vaikais kitokias pinigų sumas.
Taigi, tik dėl pinigų jūs čia barates!
Žinai tame esmė ir yra, kad patys žmonės nori būti mulkinami ir panašiai veikiami. Dar kas mane nervina, tai, kad žmonės nesupranta, kaip gali būti skaudu tapti kažkokia atmata ar panašiai.
Liūdna, liūdna.
Gal tau vieni pinigai galvoje ir šviečia, tačiau žmonės turi ir kitokių priežasčių kodėl jie nepritaria šiai koncepcijai.
Dėl nepilnamečių - mano manymų, tai tikrai ne tas pats kas 50-mečių pora turinti vaikų. Nelygink visiškai skirtingų dalykų, žmogau, nes totaliai nušneki.
Oj kaip padauges santuoku is reikalo arba kitaip sakant del pinigu. Dabar seima bus ne tie, kurie gyvena kartu, bet tie, kurie turi stampa pase. Kam nuo to geriau bus? Vaikam? Nemanau. Daugumai normaliu seimu, kur tevai neprasigere, nereikia jokiu valstybes paramu.
Kur šeimos įstatyme parašyta, kad esi "atmata" ? Nereikia pačiam prisiklijuoti etikečių, kurių tau niekas neskyrė.
Jeigu normaliai jauteisi gyvendamas be "anstpaudo pase", tai nematau priežasčių, kodėl neturėtum ir toliau normaliai gyventi.
Susituoki - sukuri šeimą.
Nesituoki - vadinasi nekuri šeimos.
Išsiskiri - išardai šeimą.
Kas čia neaišku?
Ir kur gi tas didelis skirtumas tarp nesusituokusių 15-mečių ir nesusituokusių 50-mečių? 15-metės irgi gali pastoti, jeigu ką.
"atėmė šeimą" jau gal per daug tragediją implikuojantys žodžiai, bet kad toks Seimo veiksmas yra kritikuotinas, pritariu.
